SHIPPING POLICY 運送政策 

香港本地速遞到付 (訂單金額折實滿HKD 1100 以上免運, 訂單金額不包括康軒學習雜誌)｜康軒月刊及半月刊：每月中華郵政航空平信配送。
團購訂單請參照團購出貨安排。
本地及海外運費查詢，詳情請參閱運送政策。集運地址有可能被拒收，下單前請先聯絡。

海外國家收件：
預收 1kg 國際郵寄運費（運費實報實銷. 有需要補齊運費才出貨。 如有運費考量，下單前先與我們聯絡。)
一經付款， 恕不能因個人原因申請全數退款。出貨前我們會電郵通知運費，需補付差額後始寄出。 香港郵政首 1kg 最低約 HKD 280 起，實按重量體積及國家計算，書籍沉重可達千元，關稅／入口稅及任何額外手續費收件人自付。 平郵包裹可能需時長達三個月以上。

Local Delivery：Hong Kong local orders are delivered by SF Express (freight collect). Local shipping is free for orders of HKD 1,100 or above (after discounts; Kang Hsuan magazine subscriptions are excluded from this amount). Kang Hsuan monthly and semi-monthly magazines are delivered by Chunghwa Post surface airmail. For group-buy orders, please refer to the group-buy shipping schedule. For local and overseas shipping enquiries, please refer to this Shipping Policy. Consolidation (freight-forwarding) addresses may refuse delivery; please contact us before placing your order.

Overseas Orders: An international shipping deposit for the first 1kg is collected in advance (shipping is charged on an actual-cost basis; the order will only be shipped once any balance is settled; if you have any concerns regarding shipping costs, please contact us before placing your order). Once payment is made, orders cannot be refunded in full for personal reasons. Before dispatch, we will notify you of the shipping cost by email, and the order will be shipped only after any balance is paid. Hong Kong Post charges from approximately HKD 280 for the first 1kg, calculated by actual weight, volume and destination; shipping for heavy book orders may reach up to a thousand hong kong dollars. All customs duties, import taxes and any additional handling fees are borne by the recipient. Surface mail may take more than three months. Please contact us before placing your order.

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY　一般運送及配送
Order processing will not begin until we have received all required information and full payment. Payment must be received within 5 days, or your order will be cancelled. We aim to ship fully-paid, in-stock orders within 7 to 14 business days; pre-order and group-buy items are shipped according to the schedule stated on the relevant product page. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, and Mr Little Feet cannot be held liable for any delays.
訂單處理程序須待本店收妥所有必要資料及全數款項後方會開始。客人須於 5 天內完成付款，否則訂單將予取消。現貨及已付款訂單，本店將盡力於 7 至 14 個工作天內寄出；預訂及團購商品則按相關產品頁所列之出貨安排寄送。包裹交送予速遞公司後，配送或受不可控因素影響，本店恕不承擔任何延誤責任。
For customers paying with Apple Pay, please verify the recipient’s address and phone number in the order confirmation after completing your order. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions, as the address cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

Mr Little Feet products are subject to Hong Kong and international export control laws and regulations, and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred and used in compliance with such laws.
小腳先生一步步之產品受香港及國際出口管制法例及規例所規管，其購買、銷售、出口、轉口、轉讓及使用，均須遵守有關法例及規例。
As we handle the dispatch of your purchased products, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the product(s). SECTION 2 – INTERNATIONAL & SPECIAL SHIPPING　國際及特殊運送
2.1 International Shipping Fees　國際運費
Shipping fees shown at checkout for overseas destinations are an estimated deposit only (from HK$280 for the first 1kg). Actual international shipping is charged on an actual-cost basis, calculated by weight, dimensions and destination. Before dispatch, we will notify you by email of any outstanding balance; orders are shipped only after the balance is settled. Books can be heavy, and shipping to certain destinations may exceed HK$1,000.
海外訂單於結帳時所顯示之運費，僅為預收保證金（首 1 公斤由 HK$280 起）。實際國際運費按重量、體積及目的地實報實銷。出貨前，本店將以電郵通知運費餘額；客人須補付差額後，本店方會安排寄出。書籍重量較高，寄往部分地區之運費或會超過 HK$1,000。
2.2 Unpaid Shipping Balance & Cancellation　運費差額未付及訂單取消
Where an outstanding shipping balance is required, we will notify the customer by email and issue reminders. If the balance remains unsettled within 90 days of the order date, Mr Little Feet reserves the right to cancel the order. Upon cancellation, we will refund the sum paid for the goods after deducting the non-refundable shipping deposit and reasonable administrative and storage costs. The shipping deposit (representing shipping costs already committed) is non-refundable. Mr Little Feet further reserves the right to claim additional storage costs in respect of orders with an unpaid shipping balance.
如訂單須補付運費差額，本店將以電郵通知並發出提醒。若差額於訂單日期起計 90 日內仍未補付，本店有權取消該訂單。訂單取消後，本店將於扣除不可退還之運費保證訂金，以及合理之行政及存倉費用後，退還客人就貨品所付之款項。運費保證訂金（作為本店已承擔之運費）恕不退還。本店並保留就未補付運費差額之訂單追討額外倉儲費用之權利。
2.3 Duties & Taxes　關稅及稅項
All customs duties, import taxes and any additional handling fees are borne by the recipient.
所有關稅、入口稅及任何額外手續費，一律由收件人自行承擔。
2.4 Lithium Battery Products　鋰電池產品
Products containing lithium batteries (e.g. reading pens／點讀筆) cannot be checked out to overseas addresses online, and are shipped within Hong Kong and Macau only (SF Express, freight collect). For overseas delivery of such items, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order; air-freight surcharges and destination import restrictions apply.
含鋰電池之產品（如點讀筆）不設網上海外結帳，只限香港及澳門地區寄送（順豐速遞，到付）。如需將該類產品寄往海外，請於下單前透過 WhatsApp 與本店聯絡；該類產品設有航空附加費，並受各目的地之入口限制所規管。
2.5 Delivery Time　送遞時間
International parcels generally take 28 to 60 business days; surface mail may take more than three months. All delivery times are estimates only and are beyond our control once the parcel leaves Hong Kong.
國際郵包一般需時 28 至 60 個工作天；平郵包裹或需時三個月以上。所有送遞時間僅供參考，包裹離開香港後之時效並非本店所能控制。
2.6 Refunds　退款
Save for goods that are defective or not as described (in respect of which your statutory rights are unaffected), orders will not be refunded in full for personal reasons (including but not limited to change of mind or shipping-cost considerations). 除貨品有缺陷或與描述不符之情況外（於此情況下，閣下之法定權利不受影響），本店不接受因個人原因（包括但不限於改變主意或運費考量）而申請全數退款。如對運費有任何疑問，請於下單前透過 WhatsApp +852 9850 8234 與本店聯絡。
2.7 Taiwan Orders & Consolidation Addresses　台灣訂單及集運地址
Following an incident in which a parcel shipped to Taiwan via a Hong Kong consolidation (freight-forwarding) address was refused delivery, and in accordance with our publisher’s recommendation, effective 1 July 2026, Mr Little Feet has suspended the shipment of KIDsREAD reading pen collections to Taiwan recipient addresses, as well as any Taiwan order that uses a Hong Kong consolidation address.
有鑒於過往曾發生經香港集運（轉運）地址寄往台灣之包裹遭拒收之情況，並按出版社之建議，由 2026 年 7 月 1 日起，小腳先生一步步暫停將 KIDsREAD 點讀教材系列寄送至台灣收件地址，亦不接受任何使用香港集運地址之台灣訂單。
