RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All products purchased at Mr Little Feet cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.

若請親友將商品代寄海外，請親友檢查商品無問題後再寄出。

1.     出貨時均使用氣泡袋或封膜寄出，但因紙製品經由人工包裝及人工運送，會有些許淺痕刮痕，屬於正常範圍。
2.     厚紙硬頁書，因印刷方式及厚頁材質的關係，在包裝過程及運送過程中可能會有些許壓痕或刮痕跟指痕。
3.     翻翻書及立體書等結構機關書，部分製作過程會涉及手工處理。翻翻書和立體書結構較複雜，立體設計、翻頁機關和活動的部分，細節需要人工來組裝或進行最後的調整。因此，手工操作是這類書製作過程中的一部分，所以若有少許紙張毛邊、紙張節點，為正常現象。
4.     商品附贈之紙盒、說明手冊、贈品，均不在保固範圍內，非重大瑕疵(影響主體商品)，恕不做換貨。
5.     若您有送禮需求，可在訂單備註，我們會盡量幫您包裝完整，但仍有運送風險，請您見諒。

EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe that your product is defective, please contact Mr Little Feet at admin@mrlittlefeet.com or phone/WhatsApp at +852-9850-8234 to request for exchange.

If Mr Little Feet determines that the product is defective and you are eligible to exchange your product, please follow our instructions and send back your product and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product.
